Requests regarding hospital visitation
Prohibition on smoking
Smoking is prohibited on all hospital grounds.
Cellphone usage
You cannot talk on the phone in areas where cellphone use is prohibited or restricted.

- Intensive care unit (ICU)
- Testing rooms
<Areas where use is restricted> Cellphones can only be used for email, messaging or browsing the internet.

Prohibition on bringing pets
You cannot bring a pet inside of the hospital.
Service dogs (guide dogs, assistance dogs, hearing dogs) are allowed entry.
Prohibition on honoraria
Staff are strictly prohibited from receiving gifts from patients.
Emergency response
- Confirm the location of the emergency exit on each floor.
- In case of emergency, follow the guidance of the staff.
- Never use an elevator during an emergency.
Prohibition on bringing dangerous items
Dangerous items such as blades (scissors, knives, cutters, etc.) and sources of ignition (lighters, matches, etc.) are prohibited. Talk to us as needed.
Prohibition of bothersome activities
If our established rules are not followed or if bothersome or criminal acts are discovered in the hospital that cause disruption, such as violent language or actions or sexual harassment against staff or users, the police will be notified.
Taking pictures and recording audio or video
In order to protect personal information, pictures, videos, and audio recordings in the hospital require permission.
Presence of trainees
